Diaekta, Montreal’s top innovative digital agency is looking for a new Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team! Your mission? The satisfaction of both our clients and the talented internal teams with whom you collaborate!

About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of ongoing client projects. You act as a bridge between our internal service teams and clients to clarify and manage expectations, timelines and budgets. Through collaboration with clients and our top-notch service teams, you will become an expert in digital marketing and be able find better and more innovative ways to help our clients shine!

Your Typical Day

  • Develop trusting relationships with your clients and internal teams
  • Clearly understand client briefs and develop project plans (with the support of strategic leaders within production teams) that both meets and exceeds customer - expectations
  • Maintaining a clear vision for projects and ensure they stay on course throughout briefing, execution, reporting and presentation of results
  • Breakdown projects into actionable tasks with clear briefs and end dates
  • Ensure projects stay within their respective budgets
  • Balancing clients needs with production realities
  • Managing day-to-day communications with clients in a responsive and enriching manner
  • Understanding, and positioning Dialekta’s services and products
  • Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing tactics from both our productions teams and the industry at large in order to offer the best strategic counseling to our clients
  • Diligently monitors time spent on your projects to ensure profitability of contracts
  • Leading all your projects while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach

Desired Profile

  • Enjoys simplifying complex situations- excellent organizational skills, autonomous and detail oriented
  • Can manage the stress that come with working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Has patience, positivity and proven interpersonal skills
  • Is detailed oriented and responsive both with clients and with internal service teams
  • Has a high standard of work and makes sure all deliverables meet our high standard with clients
  • Can create a balance between client needs and production realities
  • Is up to date on digital marketing trends
  • Can perform under tight deadlines and has a strong sense of initiative

Required Skills

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in an agency (an asset).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) written and oral;
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills across multiple projects and priorities;
  • Ability to work across multiple service teams and product teams;
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Know-how in reporting and number crunching
  • Skills in creating visually interesting PowerPoint, Excel, PDF and Word documents
