About the role

The Digital Project Manager will organize and manage projects with some of our largest clients. You will collaborate with our top-of-the-industry Media and SEO teams, and leverage our innovative, proprietary tools to execute on bleeding edge campaigns. The Digital Project Manager will be the communication hub for all projects relating to the client and succeeds by collaborating closely with both internal & external teams to complete projects on time and on budget.


  • 3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • 2 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing and working on large accounts
  • Has managed multiple project simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages: French and English (Written and Oral)

Desired Profile

  • Good understanding of digital media and its workflows (Media planning, SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, Ad operations etc..)
  • At ease with presenting plans and ideas to internal and external clients
  • Is naturally well organized
  • Operates well in an agency environment
  • Has experience working with project management tools

Main Responsibilities

Gestion de projet

  • Scope projects and define all deliverable timelines, requirements, budgets, and resources necessary to complete on budget and on time.
  • Create detailed project briefings / kickoffs
  • In collaboration with the production Team Leaders, breakdown client projects into their component tasks
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables to meet and exceed brand and client expectations
  • Closely monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Lead weekly project meetings
  • Support client services in client meetings
  • Proxy for client services during absences

Service client

  • Develop deep understanding of client’s industry, products, services, target audience and internal structure
  • Manage client communication with respect to projects, tasks (creatives etc.)
  • Support the Presentation of Results, Plans and Deliverables
  • Ensure the regular delivery of client reports and results
  • Build a Relationship with the client on Trust and Partnership
